The Drop rate on these shoulders for the Bluegill Oracles is not correct or may be glitched. I have been out here for 3 hours now and it still hasn't dropped :(

I've killed about 100 Bluegill Oracles and gotten nothing but junk, this is inaccurate!

The stat of Bluegill Oracle is way wrong.. I farmed them for 30 min. 25% lol.. rare spawns don't even drop a particular item that often.

I had been farming the rares in N Stranglethorn to try and get these shoulders...and after 5 kills I got the Battleforge Belt twice, Battleforge Leggaurds once, Ivycloth Shoulders once, and Dervish Gloves once. But since Pogeyan, Mahamba, & Tsul'Kalu have an average spawn timer between 3 - 6 hours (and they do not share that spawn...you can find one, two, or all three out at the same time), I figured this would take a couple of days at best.

As it turned out, my DK ended up finding them in the AH today for 10g (a bargain, when you consider the average for this set goes from 150 - 200g minimum)!

Sometimes you just get lucky!

This dropped off a Vigilant Watchman after 3 kills in Scarlet Halls, pretty luck so I'll update this post with future info to make it more accurate. Good luck!

Edit Update:

This also dropped off a Haunting Phantasm in the Old Scarlet Graveyard dungeon after 12 kills. This needs the Scarlet Key to access the old version of the dungeon.
This also dropped off a Scarlet Chaplain in the Old Cathedral in SM after 83 kills. Key is also required.
