Scouting Gloves of the Monkey are the best 19 twink rogue/hunter gloves in the game, having 1 more agi/stam than the Deviate Scale Gloves. On my server these go for about 30-35g a pop, so if you don't want em, auction em.

I just bought mine in the Auction House for 30 silver :O
I was mad that I just lost a bid on Shadowfang, so I looked for my twinks gloves and boom, these babies were in there!

The expensive Scouting Gloves of the Monkey are those with a +4 Agility enchant, not the +3.

I found a pair of these with no random enchantment. Just Scouting Gloves. 51 armor BOE leather gloves. Great for...people who want bugged items. Hunter item!

For people trying to transmog lvl19 - Rogue/Hunter Twink this is what i think is the best pieces in-game(that is currently available!) and the set that I use.

ARMOR
Head: 游侠软帽 - Usually Cheap on AH
Shoulders: 坚硬的肩垫 - 安娜科德拉in 哀嚎洞穴
Cloak: 哨兵披风 - Rare BoE, Usually Quite Expensive on AH
Chest: 超强外套(Lookalike to:西部荒野外套) / 斥候外套 (Lookalike to:黑暗迪菲亚护甲) - Usually moderately priced on AH
Tabard: : 银翼军服战歌军服 or any you like :)
Bracers: Not really Applicable, as most doesnt show, if you decide to use 斥候外套 chest, then 浅酌者腕带 can close the gap
Gloves: 斥候手套 - AH / 尖牙手套 - AH or Dropps of random 毒牙德鲁伊 in 哀嚎洞穴
Belt: 蛇鳞腰带 - Crafted - Recepi no longer available, hard to find crafter.
leggs: 尖牙护腿 drops off 考布莱恩 in 哀嚎洞穴
Boots:山猫之靴 - Rare BoE, Usually Quite Expensive on AH

WEAPONS
HARD:
暗影之牙 - Very Rare Weapon very, very expensive on AH can dropp off 4-5 mobs(lvl21+) in 影牙城堡
刺客之刃 - Very Rare Weapon very, very expensive on AH can dropp off 4-5 mobs(lvl21+) in 影牙城堡
EASY:
残酷倒钩 - dropps off 赫利克斯·破甲 in 死亡矿井
永冻匕首 - Lookalike to 刺客之刃 - Cheap on AH
Ranged:
提米的玩具枪 - Rare BoE - Usually Moderately priced on AH
毒蛇 - Drops off 瑟芬迪斯 in 哀嚎洞穴

Price refrence:
Cheap = less than 1,000g
Moderate= less than 5,000g
Very Expensive: 5,000-10,000g
Very, Very Expensive: 10,000-300,000g

Some items are quite expensive, others are not :) check your server's AH and hope for the best! many can be farmed! ^^

This dropped off Lady Vespia in Ashenvale after 2 kills. She is a rare so I'll update this post in the future with more info. Good luck!

Edit Update:

This also dropped off Lady Vespira (must be sisters) after a single kill in Darkshore.
