This is the T9.3 Pally Tanking Chestpiece for the Alliance. For the Horde version, check out Liadrin's Breastplate of Triumph.

There are actually 3 types of T9 tanking gear for Prot Pallies in 3.2:

T9: Conqueror's Turalyon's Plate for the Alliance or Conqueror's Liadrin's Plate for the Horde (iLvl 232).
T9.2: Triumphant Turalyon's Plate for the Alliance or Triumphant Liadrin's Plate for the Horde (iLvl 245).
T9.3: Totally Triumphant Turalyon's Plate for the Alliance or Totally Triumphant Liadrin's Plate for the Horde (iLvl 258).

All 3 tier sets give the same set bonuses.
