From WG you can get Titan-forged Boots of Triumph and Titan-forged Belt of Triumph. From the PvP vendor in SW/Org you can get Deadly Gladiator's Boots of Triumph and Deadly Gladiator's Belt of Triumph.

The WG boots are item level 200, the other three items are level 213. If you don't care too much about the difference between crit and armor penetration, there isn't much of a difference between the belts. But the deadly gladiator's boots are better than the boots from WG.

Don't bother spending your WG marks on these boots since the deadly gladiator's boots are better. Save your marks for trinkets and Titan-forged Leather Tunic of Triumph.
