The Winter Veil gift from 2008, containing Crashin' Thrashin' Racer Controller.
The only reason this one is different from The 2007 Winter Veil Gift, is because the one from 2007 contained a Clockwork Rocket Bot.

So apparently they contain something different every year.

the gift also counts as Feats of Strength: Crashin' Trashin' Racer
With the Racer you can get the achievement Crashin' & Thrashin'.
