How much would I expect to pay for one off eBay or similar?
According to http://www.wowtcgloot.com/papa_hummels_pet_biscuit.htm (most information sourced from there), the expansion won't be released until the 15th of April. Upperdeck Entertainment the makers of the TCG have specified that all three loot cards (Papa Hummels Pet Biscuit, Personal Weather Machine, X-51 Nether-Rocket) in this expansion are far more common that in the previous sets, so apart from the inital rush during release the price should for this item should average around less than $10USD.

Facts:

Useable only on Non-Combat Pets.
Doubles the size of Non-Combat Pets (15 yd range).
Named after TCG designer Mike Hummel.
You receive a stack of 50 biscuits when you redeem the code. Can stack up to 250.
Is a super-common loot card.
Useable at any level and therefore available for twinks.

How do the Loot cards work?
Loot cards are special rare versions of WoW TCG cards found in booster packs, starter decks, and raid decks that have a revealable unique code. Once this protective layer concealing the code is scratched away, a 25 digit promotion code is revealed that can be entered into the Blizzard offical promotions page.

I have the 25 digit loot code, now what?
All accounts from every region in the world use http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html to redeem any and all special loot. This webpage allows you to select the region and realm for the character that is to receive the item as well as provision for entering the 25 digit code.

Upon succcessfuly submitting the above information, you will be presented with an in-game code. Write this code down or print it out; you will need it to retrieve your item. Log into the game with the character that is to receive the item and travel to Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale. There, you will need to find a goblin by the name of Landro Longshot. He is located on the lower parts of Booty Bay on the docks, and should be easily recognised due to the fact that he has two body guards riding turtle mounts next to him, a gorilla on a pole behind him, and a small hippogryph hatchling flying next to him.

When you find Landro, he will ask you which item your code is for; check your loot card if you are not sure which item that is. Ensure you have got bag space to hold the item! Select the item from Landro's list of available promotions, and then enter the in-game code you wrote down.

EDIT: Known to receive 50 biscuits per redemption rather than the 20 initially mentioned. Makes sense since it can stack up to 250 times. Also, chances are you need to redeem another code to get more biscuits, i.e. one code doesn't guarantee unlimited supply.

From the looks of it, it wont be able to be bought after you turn it in the first time, because according to Daldain's post, it is a "Super-common loot card". Seems to be a nice perk to those who regularly play and purchase the cards.

I can confirm that you get a stack of 50 when you redeem the code at the TCG vendor in Booty Bay.

Some pets look brilliant - Merlocs, Egbert, Lurky, to name but a few.

Others, not so good - The Dragon Kite's string also grows to be twice as long, and ends up getting lost in the roof :-)

The cards are very common. I've given away 2 codes so far, and still have 8 unscratched.

how long does the buff last? and does it go away after your minipet despawns (ie. player death, zoning etc.)

The buff on your pet only lasts as long as the pet stays at your side (like it says in the tool-tip).

So if you die, summon another pet, enter an instance, get summoned anywhere or jump on a taxi then your pet will lose the buff.

Just thought I'd add, this thing can be used on other people's pets, or anything with the classification of Non-combat Pet. Even NPC pets can be fed the biscuit.

I was able to get all my Kara members giant pets in a run :)

Very cool when combined with the pet summoned by Don Carlos' Famous Hat simply because the coyote spirit is as large as a shaman in ghost wolf form by default. Combined with these biscuits the pet is huge.

This item is included as a bonus item to the Wrath of the Lich King Collector's Edition (CE), along with two starter decks from the March of the Legions game set. The decks also contain two CE-exclusive tournament-legal cards.

I can confirm that this is included with the CE. I just popped mine open and was pleasantly surprised to see the card. I'm excited to use it on Frosty and addmittedly go and show off the little undead frost wyrm.

At first I was wondering if I got lucky, but reading the other comments here I guess it's one of those CE treasures.

If you want to get the most out of these biscuits I strongly recommend a visit over to Dalaran (provided that you can make your way there) and visit Breanni!

She sells some really fun items for the pet enthusiests out there.

Fetch Ball: makes your lovely little non-combat pet run and fetch the ball that you've thrown. Throw the ball by right-clicking and selecting a location on the ground within range.

Rope on a Leash: attaches a small rope leash to your little pet.

There's also a vendor close to Breanni (although I had thought that it was her herself) that sells a pet biscuit that gives your pet a little heart above it's head, as well as there is a small grooming kit that makes your pet sparkle as if it were a quest item.

Grabbing a couple of these with these biscuits will really make you and your pet stand out!

A fun thing to note, these work on the murloc pets standing by the redemption NPCs in Orgrimmar/Stormwind(?) and presumeably the effect on them lasts until the server is reset though I've yet to confirm how long it'll actually last.

This should have been an Engineering thing!
Engineers were supposed to get the Critter Enlarger, but Blizzard never really gave it to us... instead they just left us with some lame excuse and gave it to people who buy their new card game.

I use these biscuits exclusively on my Kirin Tor Familiar (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44738). The pet is already one of the largest in the game, and it grows to the size of a Tauren, and is slightly larger than a Mage's water elemental. Definitely an eye catcher in any raid or major city.

It also increases the size of the Kirin Tor Familiar's arcane explosions. Be warned - you may get raid kicked if your raid leader said "No AoE" and doesn't believe you when you said it was your non-combat pet...

Also works on Argent Gruntling and presumably Argent Squire as well. When I used my biscuit on my gruntling, he became bigger than orc and human sized npc and almost as big as a tauren. Clicky for SS

Pop the banner on your pet and it'd be almost impossible to miss the pet!

These also work with the Argent Squire and the Argent Gruntling.

They easily grow to a size that rivals a Troll or Night Elf and is even taller with your chosen banner on display.

These can be used on the 'non combat pet' NPC wolvar/oracle creatures playing on the island at The Eventide in Dalaran!

Since they aren't tied to a person to despawn, they will presumably stay enlarged until server resets on Tuesdays!

Note: Since this can be labeled as both Fun* and Entertaining* it will definitely be nerfed ASAP. Enjoy it while it lasts!

You can also use the 'Happy Pet Snack' on them to make the hearts temporarily appear above all their heads!

I don't know about "super-common" I've bought maybe 16 individual packs over the last year or so and this is the first time I've gotten one. (and yes I mean servant of the betrayer)

Just wanted to chime in that you don't have to pull the loot card to get these biscuits.

In every pack of WoW cards there is a 100 point card redeemable online at upper decks site (ude.com look for the points section).

If you collect 20 of the point cards from packs you can get yourself a 50 stack of these and a chance at one of the rare TCG only pets. Usually in stores booster packs are 5 dollars a piece so 5x20=roughly 100 bucks at a sure fire chance at the biscuits and maybe a little something extra. Plus you MAY pull a loot card. You are however better off buying the dark portal boxes on ebay. They're the cheapest set, usually retailing 39.99 for a box of 24 packs. Or you can buy 4 packs of the Darkmoon Faire cards, they have a 500 point card (plus two boosters so 2x100 points) in them and are usually 9.99 each.

So far I've bought enough boosters to get one of the special tabards (arcane)and a stack of these biscuits. I didn't get a rare pet yet but I'll keep trying. I did however pull a rare pet from a pack as a loot card (hippogryph hatchling) so I'm happy :). I don't know if it's worth it if you aren't going to play the card game (which is actually a lot of fun). One guy I ran into I was talking with said he has like 5000 cards, has only got 4 mounts and doesn't even play the card game...wow.

So, I got this from a Landro's Gift card, when sudenly I had a brilliant idea! I would use it on the largest non-combat pet that I had available to me! And which pet right now is larger than your Guild Herald? Next thing you know, I'm being followed by a 13-foot tall orc with a big pink flag in his hand. It also works pretty well on Plump Turkey and Withers, because who doesn't love a man-sized turkey or treant?

At the moment, the effect of these biscuits will wear off if you hearth (or just zone in anywhere, I think). It will also wear off upon being re-summoned if he's not a flyer. This makes the biscuits not even worth using unless you plan on staying in one place for a long period of time as they are a little difficult to acquire :(

Confirming 修默老爹的宠物饼干 does NOT stack with 魔法宠物饼干 it will just say "a more powerful spell is already active" I've tried using the cookies in different orders but it says the same thing. As for the items themselves they do exatly the same thing.

Use this on your Guild Herald in battlegrounds. It's pretty dang funny when your target selects it instead of you.

1) go to the wowtcg loot page, URL is on front of card
2) follow instructions there, the code from the card is redeemed here for ANOTHER code
3) save the code in case there is some problem
4) go to Landro Longshot in Booty Bay
5) select "servants of the betrayer" then "pet biscuit"
6) paste your 25-digit code in, enter, it should redeem instantly
