I found a way to keep this twice, I'm not sure if you can already do this, but, here goes.

1. Get your draenei/blood elf orphan, and take them to the Caverns of Time.

2.Head to the Quartermaster for the Caverns of Time, her name is Alurmi, she is near the entrance, keep walking down/flying down.

3. Buy a from her, and then sell it, and then buy another.

4.After you've stood by the dragon and completed the quest, quickly head back to Alurmi, you will see you can't buy the dragon again. Click on the buyback window, and if you DO have the dragon there, buy it back.

P.S: They might have an invisible duration, and dissapear. I tried this today(First day of children's week). Hoping it stays. :o Good luck, and have fun with your pet too.

be sure to get the quest off your orphan, and not somebody else's... i probably did so since i cant deliver the quest for my orphan even tho i have done everything and the quest says complete =P

Actually,1g is the starting price, but there is an additional 5% discount for every reputation level above neutral. So the discounted prices would be:
Regular price: 1g
Friendly: 95s
Honored: 90s
Revered: 85s
Exalted: 80s

Additionally, the vendor's name is Alurmi, and is located at aproximately (63.6,57.6). The map shows her above ground, but to get to her you must first enter the Caverns of Time, which takes you underground. The entrance to CoT is around (66.1,49.5). The fastest way here (if you have a quick way to Dalaran) is to take the 'Portal to Caverns of Time' in The Violet Citadel in Dalaran.

If you have trouble finding Alurmi, walk to the bottom of the entrance tunnel of CoT and use "/tar Alurmi" without the quotations to target her. If you have a Focusing Lens, these are extremely helpful (along with using /tar) in pointing you directly at your target.

Starts off in Shattrath city in the Outlands. Speak to 孤儿院长莫希 /way 75, 47.6 to accept the quest 儿童周
Now click on the 血精灵孤儿哨 to summon Salandria to accept the following quests.. you will need to click on the whistle to summon 呼唤萨兰蒂亚 per each quest to obtain credit

参观元素王座 Throne of the Elements Nagrand /way 44, 64.2
哈克乌和蘑菇人 Hch'uu Zangarmarsh /way 19.2, 51.3
参观黑暗之门 The Dark Portal Hellfire Pennisula /way 89.5, 50
Once you complete the 3 quests above two more quests will appear

等我长大了…… will have you head over to Silvermoon City to see Elite Tauren Chieftain in Silvermoon City's Walk of Elders.
参观时光之穴 need to head to the caverns of time and spawn Salandria in front of 扎拉多姆 /way 51.9, 54.4
next fly over to 艾鲁尔米 to buy your orphan a 玩具龙 once you have it turn in the quest to accept the final quest.

返回孤儿院 will have us return to the Orphanage where you can choose a couple different pet companions such as
蛋蛋的蛋贪睡的威利小象项圈长腿宠物照料包
