As of patch 2.1.0, the +35 Resilience bonus of this set will now stack with the same 2pc bonus of the following sets for a total of +70 Resilience:

With Arena Season four out the only way to obtain this item is a trade offered by Karynna on the Isle of Quel'Danas. It costs one Leggings of the Fallen Defender tier four token that is dropped by Gruul the Dragon Killer in Gruul's Liar.

This is part of Arena Season 1 Set (lvl 70) . You can obtain this item from 打击者科吉克 in 虚空风暴 for 750 or1000 .For people who can't be bothered looking through Area 52 for him, he is inside the building closest to the flight point, obviously inside the walls.
