浊鳍诱饵 is an item dropped by 浊鳍深渊猎手 on Velhan's Claim around 47.25 16.65 on 陨圣峪. Combining it with a 无晖诱饵, a 饥渴闪鳍, and a 怒鳍通灵法杖 dropped by other Kobyss around the zone will create the toy 幻象蜃鱼人诱饵.

无晖诱饵
Dropped by 蜃鱼人塑影者 on the Sunless Strand around 54.15 27.92. They are camouflaged and use an 阿拉希俘虏 as bait.
饥渴闪鳍
Dropped by 饥渴的闪鳍者 on The Hungering Pool around 50.65 50.37. They are camouflaged and use an 阿拉希渔夫 as bait.
怒鳍通灵法杖
Dropped by 怒鳍通灵师 on the Veneration Grounds around 35.13 54.64.

In Hallowfall, right click on the Arathi Captives and the Murkfin Depthstalker will spawn. These are what drop the Murkfin Lure.

For this item to drop YOU MUST click the arathi and be ambushed. I killed ~40 of these without doing that and no drop clicked the arathi and had the mentioned 53% rate

I saw a few comments arguing against the reported 40-50% drop rate so I thought I'd keep track of how many kills it took for me to get each item required to create the toy.

无晖诱饵 - 7 kills (14.2% chance)
浊鳍诱饵 - 2 kills (50% chance)
饥渴闪鳍 - 2 kills (50% chance)
怒鳍通灵法杖 - 3 kills (33.3% chance)

So, overall, I'd say the drop rate is pretty accurate, but as with anything else, it's possible to get struck with a boatload of bad luck.

After earning the toy on one alt, is there any reason to keep the lure on other alts? I wouldn't think so, but maybe I'm missing something.

I'm convinced this doesn't drop anymore. I've been farming over an hour with nothing. Ive tried clicking on the fisherman and ive tried without. Neither produces the lure. Going to submit a ticket
