The drop rate on Weavercloth seems to be really low.
Either that, or I haven't found the best place to farm.

The 梭绸布 are only lootable by tailors and are quite difficult to farm.
Not being able to recover them from mobs during quests, I decided to go to a "dungeon with subjects" (it tags quickly).
I chose 圣焰隐修院 instance since there are almost only humans in this dungeon.
By killing all the mobs without exception, I looted 32 Weavecloth Weavecloth .
It's not huge but it's still better than what I loot outside of the instance.

With 30 in Textile Treasures and 30 in Quality Fabric, I've had pretty good drop rates from farming the Kobyss at the Veneration Grounds.

Looks like follower dungeons are the place to be for this. I've been getting 20-30 weavercloth per run in Rookery, Stonevault and Priory.

Just did one run in Priory of the Sacret Flame follower dungeon on my mage alt who is tailor, she just learned it so only have 27 Tailoring and to get more ressources i did choose Textile treasures, all point i put in there but before that i did gather all the items that gave 3 points each using this link https://www.method.gg/guides/location-of-all-the-war-within-profession-knowledge-treasures.
As shown on my picture im not complaining about amount of drop since you get both cloth and bolts.

Priory of the Sacret Flame follow dungeon run with a fresh skill 1 Tailoring toon gave me 40 Weavercloth.
Then another run with 20 points in Textile Treasures gave 60 Weavercloth and 10 Weavercloth Bolts.
Both runs cleaning out every mob.

It seems farming is the best way - the u-shaped beach at the west end of hallowfall is a favorite for groups right now

The bay over at 29.43, 50,34 in Hallowfall, I found a good place to farm them. Got both bolts and cloth from the mobs here.

Is the only thing to do with this is unravel to make weaverthread? I don't see that there actually an recipes that use it directly. Thanks

Completed one run of Priory. Mid-level tailor, rank 30 in Textile Treasures with no points in subclasses. Rank 25 in From Dawn til Dusk and Rank 10 in Duskweave Tailoring. From that one run I received 95 weavercloth, 29 bolts of weavercloth and 14 duskweave. It's worth noting that only elites drop the materials we are looking for. The neutral non-elites don't seem to drop anything
