It says the mount changes depending on riding skill and location. I've tried it in pretty much every zone and nothing changes?

FYI like other ottuck mounts, this is a swimming mount -- it is just as fast under water as it is on land.

This mount, along with the others sold by 艾莉阿娜 have a cool interaction with the toy 调查鳄的怀表, making them no longer green and having a regular appearence with a faint green glow

Mammyth 犸秘斯 will look like 忠诚的岩浆猛犸 (this one will have green flames)
Stargrazer 星辰啃食者 will look like 繁花梦麋的缰绳
Delugen 幻濑 will look like 奥图
Talont 豺爪 will look like 赭色梦爪獍缰绳
