This item is sold by Thaelishar Groveheart in the Wildling Garden (north of the Eye of Ysera) for 500g. You can use it on Frightened Umbraclaws (though I suspect it's usable on other umbraclaws - the Verdant ones in the area don't work either) in the Dreamsurge Basin to the southwest of the Eye of Ysera. Doing so will put a 5 minute Recently Attuned With debuff on the bears, making them unable to be targeted with the mark. After attuning with a certain number of umbraclaws (it seems to be 10+) the item will be replaced with the 沃土幽爪熊印记, unlocking the Loamy Umbraclaw bear form skin in the barbershop for druids.

EDIT: This also works on Angered Umbraclaws in the Dreamsurge Basin

Here's what I did to farm all 4 Silent Mark + 沉眠寐枭印记 + 花粉灌注的鬃罴毛皮样本 forms in 1 sitting:
幽爪熊的沉默印记 -> 沃土幽爪熊印记
梦刃豹的沉默印记 -> 常青梦刃豹印记
梦爪獍的沉默印记 -> 欣荣梦爪獍印记
梦麋的沉默印记 -> 繁茂梦麋印记
寐枭软羽 -> 寐枭羽缕 -> 沉眠寐枭印记
Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample -> 花粉灌注的鬃罴毛皮样本

1st: Fly to /way #2200 63.7 39.1 Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample and loot Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample on the ground to obtain 花粉灌注的鬃罴毛皮样本.
-You can obviously do this part whenever it's convenient for you ^^. Edit: if you can't see the object on the ground- go to the bottom of this comment.

2nd: Purchase all 4 Silent Mark of the <Name> from 赛里夏·林心, which you will use on the various mobs, what mob type is indicated on the marks, until you get the item with the form. It takes many tries and they get a 5min debuff that you need to wait out before you can use an item on the same mob again.
-I didn't count, but it took more or less 10 per mob type like others have reported.

3rd: Assuming you're now at 赛里夏·林心 (else start with Umbraclaws), fly to /way #2200 55 38 Dreamsabers for the Dreamsabers.
-You can find more if you follow the spawns east-ish from this waypoint, I recommend getting every Dreamsaber that you see without searching too hard...should be easy to find around 6, if you do then you should only need to return one time.

Then fly to /way #2200 47 45 Umbraclaws for the Umbraclaws, return here every 5min.
-There are only 3 Angered Umbraclaws here, if these aren't available and/or if you only need 沃土幽爪熊印记 then check other comments for better Umbraclaw spots (user "Oyanum" suggested /way 38 71 in another comment). Also note that it does not work on Verdant/Tamed Umbraclaws and possibly others as of 09 Nov -23...for whatever reason).

While you're waiting for the debuff to fall off the Umbraclaws, go to around /way #2200 52 50 Dreamstags, Dreamtalons and Somnowls and do the same on Dreamstags and Dreamtalons and here you can also cast 休眠 on Somnowls then right click them to loot 1 寐枭软羽.
-You need 寐枭软羽 x5, then you can combine them with 丝线 (found on tailor vendors or the AH) to get 寐枭羽缕 which can then be combined with 符文歪扭树皮 (must be rank3) for 沉眠寐枭印记).

As said previously, after 5min go back to the Umbraclaws then the Dreamsabers, then whatever you have left of the rest and repeat until you got everything.

Edit: Apparently there is a phasing issue due to quest states with Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample, I.E. if you've completed a certain quest(s) you won't be able to see or interact with the object on the ground that contains 花粉灌注的鬃罴毛皮样本.

Potential solutions others have reported:
* Getting invited to a party by someone who didn't complete the quest(s) yet and using the party sync feature may get the object on the ground to appear, assuming you're able get phased to the correct quest state this way. They can be any class as long as you are a Druid.
* You can get it on a Druid alt that is level 60 or above without having to progress anything in the Dragon Isles.
(I can confirm that all forms I have, including this one, are account wide...as an old level 30 Druid of mine has access to them without doing anything.)

Several commentors report that the latter works with class trial Druids as well: get a Mage portal to- or complete the Dragon Isles intro quest then fly to- Valdrakken. You should then be able to use the Emerald Dream portal (located above the bank)...if not then try talking to Alexstrasza first. Also use the item that skips the intro quest to the Emerald Dream if/when you get it.

You can force the debuff off the Angered Umbraclaws by aggroing them and leashing them to reset. They lose the debuff and you can cast it on them again immediately. Got my umbraclaw in a few minutes!

The Silent Mark of the Umbraclaw only works on Angered Umbraclaw /way 47, 45. It will not work on Verdant Umbraclaw.

The mark can also be used on the Tenders, Silvercrests and mostly all Umbraclaws that are in the area around /way 38 68, close to the rare Moragh the Slothful. Got mine after applying the buff five times.
