梦爪獍之爪 near some rocks on top of a hill.
一簇梦刃豹皮毛 is lying on the ground near some Dreamsaber mobs.
蜕下的精灵龙之鳞 is hidden in some bushes near the base of a tree.

The Hidden Quest ID is 78305 so you can check to see if you've already looted it by running the following command.

I would also make note that on my mini map and the main zone map the treasure does not show up as a chest icon as many of the other profession knowledge treasures have. It is indeed on the north side of the tree, stuck in the lower part of the trunk, it is not on the ground, but easily seen against the light brown of the tree's bark. Good Hunting! ;)
