For those interested in working through the clues or without coordinates

The key to completing 稀奇的宝珠 quickly, using the information in the 捍卫者的第三份急件, is to locate the Stormshroud Peak. You don't want to be searching caves in the wrong places.

Where is Stormshroud Peak?
Stormshroud Peak is both a mountain and a zone.

You can see the Stormshroud Peak mountain from the top of the Seat of the Aspects. It has a sharp peak with a Dragon Glyph at the top. Not there.
Stormshroud Peak zone is a high plateau surrounded by mountains. It's on the other side of the Stormshroud mountain peak. The zone is due west of the Shifting Sands flight point. The zone isn't labelled on the map of Thaldraszus. But it's shown as a green area ringed by mountains and a stream runs through it. The valley is inhabited by blue Storm dragons called 雷暴防御者s and their whelplings. Large caves surround an open field and lightning flashes in a dark sky.

How to get there?
You can start from the top of the Seat of the Aspects with the idea of flying around the side of Stormshroud Peak, but the mountain is higher than it looks. It takes too much time to recharge energy.

If you’ve activated the Waygate system, you’ll see a purple hexagon on the map of Thaldraszus called Ion’s Fringe. The Stormshroud Peak plateau is just to the west of the Waygate icon. Fly all the way.
Take a taxi to the Shifting Sands flight point. Then fly due west for a short distance.
Take a taxi to the Gelikyr Post flight point in Thaldraszus. Then mount up and fly diagonally south toward the Theron’s Watch flight point in The Azure Span. The Stormshroud Peak plateau is half way there.

Equip the 欧恩哈拉的神像, 琐饰思考帽 and 派利斯火炬

The caves
When you land, you won’t have Cogs-Bolts coordinates. Your gear won’t help you find the caves, but that’s not a problem. The valley is small and the cave entrances are large and easily discovered. There are 3 caves that can be entered in any order.

Enter a cave and walk around the sleeping dragons. The Storm dragons will only attack if they are awake and you are too close.
The 欧恩哈拉的神像 won't activate in a cave – but the 派利斯火炬 will. As you approach a marker, the Torch will flare and the flame will change to a halo. Move around keeping the halo active. Don’t bother to mouseover the ground. When you reach a marker location, a flame will shoot from 派利斯火炬 to the marker. Then a 泰坦铭刻的石板 will emerge from the rock. Click to translate the rune.

One message:

Each 泰坦铭刻的石板 has the same message, only the coordinates differ. At each tablet location reset your coordinates to (0, 0) Cogs-Bolts. I didn’t find the coordinates to be particularly accurate, but the caves are easy to find.

Now what?
The message you find in the third cave contains coordinates, but there are no new instructions. Reset your coordinates and go outside. I thought I might be looking for a fourth cave. But suddenly, the 欧恩哈拉的神像 activated, so you know this is a different phase.

Finding a 拉兹姆斯宝珠碎片
The beam from the 欧恩哈拉的神像 will lead you to plants near a bare patch of ground. Mouseover the area until you see a tooltip that says, "Buried object". Click. You've picked up a 拉兹姆斯宝珠碎片. There is no message and no coordinates. I would not be surprised if there are more than three locations for "Buried objects", although each player will only find three.

How many 拉兹姆斯宝珠碎片 are there?
View the icon for a 拉兹姆斯宝珠碎片 in your inventory. It says combine three pieces to put the 拉兹姆斯宝珠 back together. Resume your search, looking for plants on grassy areas. If you're having trouble finding the last piece, move to different areas of the plateau.

Combine three 拉兹姆斯宝珠碎片 and you’re done. Return to 提兹里斯 in the Rotten Ram Inn. He accepts the Orb on behalf of 捍卫者凯索斯…and leaves.

Coordinates: Stormshroud Peak plateau, cave entrances, tablets, orb pieces

You can only find Orb pieces after you activate all Tablets.
I would not be surprised if there are more than three locations for "Buried objects", although each player will only find three.

The largest cave is huge and has many entrances.

Preservationist’s Dispatch Three

Another artifact is going to be stolen It’s called the Orb of Ramos.

It’s hidden in Stormshroud Peak. You’ll find the orb west of the Temporal Confluence high up in the mountains. Reports claim three markers were hidden in the caves of the area that would lead to the orb. You will most likely need all of your artifacts and tools to find the orb.

The Temporal Confluence is marked on the map of Thaldrazsus in large type. It contains the Shifting Sands flight point which isn't far from the Stormshroud Peak zone.

Any way to progress on this quest without the Dispatch Three? Tithris does not offer me the quest and I do not have the dispatch. I have verified that I have completed all steps up to this point, he just isn't offering the quest.
