This pet's source quest is part of a 10.1.5 questline for The Chronosmith's Forge:

Talk to 时光调查者腾波 in Eon's Fringe and accept to start the questline /way #2025 54.77 81.62 Investigator Tempo
Talk to 埃隆努斯·冷钢 and complete at /way #2025 52.59 80.45 Ironus Coldsteel
Accept and complete and (whatever the map will tell you, the turn-in is at The Chronosmith's Forge where you originally accepted the quests)
Accept , stand in the beacon (dismounted), and use your 击碎时光锁 Extra Action Button.
Enter the Timeforge Building and accept 让时间之火净化一切！ AND 滚烫的偷剑贼 (you don't need to complete the 2nd quest for Kabluey, but without accepting it, the NPC won't walk into place for the turn-in)
Kill 斯拉格纳罗斯 (up on the tower), loot 时光熔炉之心, and return to get your 卡布鲁伊. Congrats!

Make sure to summon this little comedian for some nice puns ;-) you can force more of them by relogging.

This little boy is quite talkative and when summoned, he might tell You some puns like:

- I just got back from Hyjal, and boy are my arms fired!

- I normally don't say this about anyone other than myself, but you're on FIRE!

- A traveling vendor tried to offer me some water, but i told them, "You can't FUEL me!"

- I feel like I'm running out of jokes, almost like I'm burnt out. I'll tell you when I'm cookin' up some more.

- They say immolation is the sincerest from of flattery.

- I was stopped from entering the Lion's Pride Inn the other day... Apparently fire arms aren't allowed inside.

- I hope my puns de-LIGHT you. I flame to please!

- So, what's bakin' with ol'Ragnaros these days?

- My puns are ablazing.

- Don't hug a fire elemental if you don't think you can pull off sideburns.

- Did You hear about the fire that broke out at the Darkmoon Faire?... I heard it was in tents!

- What do You call it when you burn down a mechant's shop? A fire sale!
