Just in case you have a hard time finding it on Wowhead, wanted to post the stat increases with the upgraded stone

ilvl 411: Dealing damage has a chance to infect the target with a plague that spreads to nearby enemies, dealing 7,824 Nature damage over 9 sec.
ilvl 418: Dealing damage has a chance to infect the target with a plague that spreads to nearby enemies, dealing 8,701 Nature damage over 9 sec.
ilvl 424: Dealing damage has a chance to infect the target with a plague that spreads to nearby enemies, dealing 9,518 Nature damage over 9 sec.

this is bugged I think. the other 2 stones did 2.6 and 3.0% in 419, while this one did only 0.3% of my overall

They added stacking damage to the 疫病灾祸之石 as of yesterday's hotfix:
"New Flag: Rolling Periodic"

Lovely, another item that many people seem to want but where no one is saying what it's actually for. These things say unique equipped but I cannot equip this one.
