Creates 完美时光之沙 at upgrade level 1/2 (ilevel 389). You can upgrade the resulting item to 2/2 (ilevel 398) using 未使用的禁断知识, which drops from rares in 禁忌离岛.

Primalist items dropping for all users in 禁忌离岛 for patch 10.0.7:

Be warned: Do NOT open more than one of these on one character. It will only ever give the same unique-equipped trinket. So you cannot use 2 on one character!

What a bad idea for a trinket. I know it's easy freebie loot but it's awful to put a proc on a trinket that forces you to not only stand in it but forces you to move to its location. It's vendor trash if you ask me. I'm sure I'm not being asked of my opinion, but once you try it, you'll see how dumb this trinket is. A 15 sec proc that you won't benefit from 3 secs of because you're positioning for it.

I must have some rotten luck but for some reason this token has never ever dropped for me. I've gotten literally every other token that can possibly drop except for this one...
