Elemental lords appear on the maps with Primal Elements, to check it just open the maps and search for the storm symbol,
the Elemental Lords spawn on the skull symbol. The Spawn Time is around 30 minutes.

You can get 不稳定的元素汇流 after combinate the 4 items from Elemental Lords:

无拘的风暴领主 spawn in Northern Barrens, Kalimdor. Can drop 朦胧的始源风暴.
缓行的大地领主 spawn in Un'Goro Crater, Kalimdor. Can drop: 朦胧的始源大地
凌河寒冰领主 spawn in Badlands, Eastern Kingdoms. Can drop 朦胧的始源流水.
暴怒的火焰领主 spawn in Tirisfal Glades, Eastern Kingdoms. Can drop 朦胧的始源火焰. Don't forget to change the time zone at /way 69.5 62.7

After defeat all 4 you'll receive 元素大敌.

Items aren't 100% drops, killed 2 Rumbling Earth Lords and no item.

Edit 1: 3 kills and still nothing.

Edit 2: 4th kill and got it! Good luck people.

The Dimmed Primeval Components of this are tradeable to others who participated in the kill of the elemental lord. They do NOT need to be in your group. I received one from someone on my server cluster and NOT in my group.

Edit: I have now also received one from someone NOT on my server cluster also, but we participated in the same kill and were in NOT in the same group.

Edit 2: I have now also traded 2 earth ones and one fire to others on one of my alts that I was leveling.

Edit 3: I have been farming the water one on an alt leveling it, I traded 4 away to others. There was one person i was unable to trade it to, they were a new Evoker that was less that 24 hours old.

Took me an average of 3 kills per boss to obtain all 4 Elements
The longest part is waiting for the next boss to appear somewhere on the Map
But I got it all done in < 9 hours

lil disappointed that it's really only useful (even after the 1/1 upgrade) up to lvl 59

I got my Dimmed Primeval Fire from one of the elite trash that is cross-faction taggable. So has a rare chance to drop from them too!

The trinket has a proc rate of 1 PPM. When it procs, it does a burst of elemental damage to your target and provides you (and nearby party members?) with a secondary stat buff for 10s.

Fire gives crit, earth gives versatility, air gives haste, and water gives mastery. At the highest scaling of the trinket (ilvl 183) it grants 96 points in the respective stat.

Unsure so far about the interaction with party members (max range, etc.).

i received the fire one on my first event boss kill. I have not received any of the other ones since then. I am at 13 boss kills and nothing. This is ridiculous. It's just an heirloom. Not a friggin mount. Make it a 100% drop seriously.

Just completed mine. Got Earth and Air on the first shot, randomly gifted Water and Fire by people that had multiples after offering up gear that I’d already bought with Essences.

I just need to know it's damage on say a level (1) character. As a frequent alt player, I tend to have a levelling build. 2x Elemental Force, Infallible Tracking Charm, Hidden Satyr, (Trash Blade), (Minor Speed on Feet)...

Storyline 龙鳞探险队 + Extra Quests:

1. 巨龙群岛在等待 - start automaticly when login You need to go to Stormwind and speak with 拉希奥 79.9 27.2
2. 守护巨龙之邀 - speak with 拉希奥 conversation will start.
3a. 探险协同 - Speak with 3 NPC: 塞林·暗砧 64 37.4, 编目员乌尔菲德 63.2 70.1 and 探路者杰布 38.2 45.2
3b. 黑卫营 - speak with 德薇希安 51.1 67.5 on top of tower
5. 风中耳语 - Speak with 大法师卡德加 He will come from teleport, Video will start.
6. 追逐风暴 - Start from 托蒂·晶须 22.9 55.5 Speak with 风暴猎手威廉 25 53.2
For Storyline probably the rest of the quests next week. But after 6 quests You can do extra quests:
- 提尔的遗产：往昔秘密 - Do dungeon 奥达曼 located in 41.4 9.9, best way is to go LFG dungeons. Dont forget to put dungeon on normal dif.
- A Primal Threat - Kill mobs at Primal Elements and pick up from them 10 原始能量微粒 Reward is 原始雷灵.
After finishing quest 6 You will be able to buy items from 风暴猎手威廉. All items 252ilvl + 一袋狂怒之风 and 风痕材料包, to Buy all item you need 始源精华 you can get them from killing mobs at Primal Elements.

Achievement 元素大敌 and how to get 不稳定的元素汇流 Guide:

First think about Primal Elements. You have 4 elements bosses and they are spawn only in 3 location:
/way Badlands 32.9 42.1
/way Un'Goro Crater 48.4 27.8
/way Northern Barrens 35.2 40.4

Elements are spawn every 3 hours and is random elemental on each location ( can be 3 x ice or 1xfire 1xice 1x wind ).

To get Achi done You just need to kill all 4 bosses but to get 不稳定的元素汇流 You need to get drop from them but is not 100% drop rate.
Elemental bosses and drop:
- 无拘的风暴领主 drop 朦胧的始源风暴 i got it after 2nd kill :D,
- 缓行的大地领主 drop 朦胧的始源大地 i got it after 11 kills xD
- 凌河寒冰领主 drop 朦胧的始源流水 i got it after first kill :D
- 暴怒的火焰领主 drop 朦胧的始源火焰 i got it after 2nd kill :D.

Now most important for drop, to get it easy use LFG ! in this way i get all Dimmed Primeval very fast. Only You need to be lucky with elemental spawn.

I'm using this trinket while leveling an alt and I've been finding that the effect procs at the most inconvenient times. For example, if it procs just on a spell that kills a mob, the elemental projectiles helpfully seek out the nearest mobs (even if they're neutral) and put me right back into combat. It's gotten me killed several times, and I'm curious to find out how annoying this is when causing unintentional dungeon pulls.

So, if you're like me... and love the effect that the "creation" of this trinket displays... I decided to farm a 2nd set of these after already achieving the Heirloom once.
My hope was that you could get a pseudo-toy by keeping the four Dimmed Primeval essences in your bag, and just click them for fun, and then get a "You already own this" type of error.

Well that's not the case. It consumed the four essences, and gave me another Unstable Confluence in my bag, that is worthless since I already had the heirloom.

But I just had to find out...!

Blizz... please make a toy that lets us swirl this elemental effect around us on demand!

Be careful when using this trinket. When it procs, it deals damage to nearby mobs including those that are cc'd or neutral. Especially fun in Northern Barrens with a low level character surrounded by level 35 Garrosh's soldiers that stop being neutral the second your trinket tickles them.

Just go mine today. Was out farming for the Lariat pattern, which of course I didnt get (nor anyone else in all the parties Ive joined), but did get in quick succession 3 of the 4, but earth was just not dropping. It dropped in a party I was in but I didnt get it. The person who did was happy to just give it to. What I didnt read was that sometimes all 4 elements proc at the same time, so yeah... handy trinket to have for building an alt army.

This trinket has a very powerful proc that I like. As mentioned the downside is the aggressive AOE that aggros all mobs in the area. I wouldn't advise using it in heavy traffic or group content.

Been trying to farm for these, I happen to already have a dimmed earth in my bags but have been trying for the storm fire and water ones and with well over 50 killls of the listed rares in the elemental storms that they drop off, have gotten nothing. Am wondering if something has changed or if there are prerequisites I am not meeting etc?
This is unbelievably frustrating.

Possibly one of the few heirlooms still worth upgrading to level 70. Gear is a plenty in Dragonflight: crafts (that can be upgrade to 343 at lv64), adventure mode and generally decent quest items. Trinkets are however a bit lacking, especially early on. so decided to give this is an upgrade and get one of the anima trinkets from ZM.

All four stat buffs from this trinket (不稳定的元素汇流, 不稳定的元素汇流, 不稳定的元素汇流, and 不稳定的元素汇流) can go on you, or a group member if possible. It does not appear to buff non-grouped players.

It seems to try and split the effects between targets if possible, and seems to avoid affecting any target more than twice. If you kill the only mob you're in combat with as it procs, it will buff you twice and leave the other two elements in the world for some time since there's nothing else to target.

This trinket is still available!
To make this trinket you need to farm 4 items, which all drops from the bosses that spawn during a primal storm.
Primal storms are marked on your map, and can happen in any of the 4 main dragonflight zones. You can see which (if any) storm is up on the wowhead frontpage.

Primal Firestorms: 朦胧的始源火焰 Drops from 恩布拉基昂, 妮拉·火祸, 凯恩·火印, 因菲纳姆
Primal Snowstorm: 朦胧的始源流水 Drops from 弗洛基昂, 梅莉拉, 克里斯塔路斯, 鲁恩·冰风
Primal Thunderstorm: 朦胧的始源风暴 Drops from 卡兰土恩, 沃拉兹卡, 盖尔基昂, 皮普斯巴克·雷裂
Primal Sandstorm: 朦胧的始源大地 Drops from 灰石, 祖加兹·破核, 格拉弗里昂, 波德隆

These bosses will not always be there, but I have noticed that killing the other rare's in the storm often seems to force them to spawn.
Unfortunately these bosses only have a 10% drop chance of the item, so you will have to kill them many times.
Like most other dragonflight rares, they seem to have a daily loot lockout, so if you kill one then you have to wait until the next day to try again.
I do not know if the loot lockout is shared between the bosses, as I never tried to kill more than one boss per day.

It took me about 4 months of on-and-off farming to get all the items needed. Good luck everyone! :)
