I found somehow strange that Blizzard didn't made possible to obtain this plans and the others linked to the Zandalar Tribes to people exalted with this faction after the removal of the whole Yojamba Isle. I rerolled BS in Cataclysm, and i am unable to obtain it anymore even if i am exalted :(

along with these recipies is the possible revival of old achieves like 赞达拉部族的英雄 that were removed in Cataclysm.

these were once available on Yojamba Isle in 北荆棘谷,
now sold by 商人林沃斯 at the Zuldazar Docks, in the Yojamba Exchange.
joining him are his old Yojamba Isle comrades: 梅维克 and 伊克萨尔.
