Item looted from chest 被遗忘的巨龙宝藏 . To open the treasure You have to do few special steps.

How to open the chest:

1. Collect 5x 晶化花瓣 from 水晶花 in western area of the 欧恩哈拉平原.
They are pretty rare and there is up to 2 on the shard so consider changing the shard phase.

3. Use the 沉眠熏香 to gain 20 sec buff that can be refreshed by stepping on the flower patch leading You to the cave. Inside You will find Emerald Chest. Open it to get 永生木质钥匙.

4. Head to 被遗忘的巨龙宝藏 and open it after obtaining 永生木质钥匙.

Looting it will reward You 载风迅疾幼龙：鬃背.

Also no need for any water walking buffs to walk on water to go over petals. Once in the Emerald Dream you have that ability, and as stated before, you can walk on water with drake too. I thought since I had the Angler's Water Striders for my mounts anyway I was safe, (didn't want to collect petals again) but I had wondered if I needed like Elixir of Water Walking so I used my drake instead. But coming out of the cave I decided to test it and I could walk on water while I still had the Slumbering Incense buff.
