To unlock the quests you'll need
Renown 9 with 马鲁克半人马
Level 70
Complete Initiate's Day out from 旅居欧恩哈拉平原

Initiate's Day out from 旅居欧恩哈拉平原 starts from 新兵拉蒂亚 at 56.12 77.01 in Ohn'iri Springs in Ohn'ahran Plains

Once unlocked the quests can be picked can be picked up from 新兵拉蒂亚
Once a quest is completed you'll have to wait for the daily reset to get the next quest in the chain.

In addition to the item asked for, all quests require 150 巨龙群岛补给 for each day Also. All items besides the Day 5 item can be sold and purchased on the Auction House.

Day 1 驯服雷背兽 - Collect 20x 幽光液体 from any insect creature in the Dragon Isles. My spot /way 82.22 25.29
Day 2 驯服雷背兽 - Deliver 20x 高纤维树叶. Drops from any plant creature. My spot /way 30.76 52.56
Day 3 驯服雷背兽 - Deliver 10x 千噬水虎鱼. Can be fished anywhere in the Dragon Isles
Day 4 驯服雷背兽 - Deliver 20x 高山羊绒皮. Drops from woolly creatures in the Dragon Isles, like Mammoths and yaks. My spot /way 49.44 36.91
Day 5 驯服雷背兽 - Deliver 1x 梅伦的绿咖喱. Purchased from 欧恩·梅伦 at /way 53.51 78.98

After completing all 5 quests, you'll be offered a final quest rewarding you with 莉姬的缰绳
You do NOT have to do the 5 quests in 5 days in a row. You can do 1, then wait however many days you want, and then do the next.

I think the first quest consumed all 80 fluids I had, I don't see the other 60 in my bags.

As far as I know, there is no other use case and you can safely vendor these 3 items (幽光液体, 高山羊绒皮 and 高纤维树叶) after you finished the corresponding quest for 莉姬的缰绳.
