Doesn't seem to matter which loot specilization you seem to have killing these bosses. I was Windwalker on my monk, and still recieved the intellect staff instead of this.

Has anyone had any luck getting this to drop yet? And does it only drop for classes that use agility or is it like the tazavesh sword recolors where anyone can get it to drop? For example, would I be able to acquire this item on a Frost Death Knight/Fury Warrior/Protection Paladin?
