犰狳之魂 & 雷龙之魂 is sold by 奥利·玛努.
To unlock 奥利·玛努 you need to learn the Cypher Console spell 低音语理解 & complete the questline that will appear.

Jiro to Hero Questline:

/way 40,1, 42,1 Broken Circle
/way #1970 37.0 45.0 Olea Manu

To see the soulshape skins sold by 奥利·玛努 you have to reach Cypher Equipment lvl 6 by spending 初诞者密文 in your 密文控制台.
Open the 密文控制台 and look on top-left side to check the Cypher Equipment lvl.
A great item to grind 初诞者密文 is 临时密文分析工具: Increases cyphers acquired by 50%.

I have research level 6 and 1000 Cyphers, but I don't see any of the two soul items on Manu.

Update: I can see them now, need visit the vendor as Night Fae.

Uploaded screenshot to show size comparison. MUCH smaller than the auction mount :)
This might be a change of mind for those that thought about buying it, but as there is currently no other use for the currency after maxing your console, might as well.
I'll likely never use it as a regular soulshape, but I'm sure there are plenty that will love running around as a mini brutosaur.
