Where to farm:

微量秘珠 drop pretty much everywhere and often 2-3 at a time
幻磷丝缕 drop mostly from middle size spheres
幻灵粒子 got all my drops from huge spheres in the middle, but probably they just have a lower chance to drop from smaller spheres
凯斯梅特里之环 drops once and i got my drop from huge sphere in the middle of the area

How to unlock this item related activity:

Complete chapter 3 of Zereth Mortis main storyline
This will unlock the 菲历姆 questgiver
Complete several Firim quests and after you complete 造物材料
Now you can talk with Firim and get 菲历姆的备用锻炉阀门
Use 菲历姆的备用锻炉阀门 near the spheres that you see around Zereth Mortis (big and small landscape spheres)
There is a chance that you will get 幻磷丝缕 on use

How to do 凯斯梅特里之盘:

get 菲历姆的备用锻炉阀门 from 菲历姆 located in Zereth Mortis inside the cave (Exile's Hollow).
use 菲历姆的备用锻炉阀门 on 元尊锻炉 to get 1x 凯斯梅特里之环, 100x 微量秘珠, 10x 幻磷丝缕 and 5x 幻灵粒子.
combine all items to get the quest 凯斯梅特里之盘. Rewards: 巫师波可波克 part of 初诞者风潮.

Where to get all items:
凯斯梅特里之环 has low drop. I got from 元尊锻炉 located in Circle of Thought. /way 46,9, 63,0 Kismetric Circlet
微量秘珠 I got 100x in 2 minutes from 元尊锻炉s located in Forge of Afterlives, around /way 44,6, 52,0 Trace Enigmet
幻磷丝缕 drop from 元尊锻炉s everywhere (not 100% drop).
幻灵粒子 can drop from the 4x Big 元尊锻炉s located around the name Forge of Afterlives in your map. You can see drawned on the map. If doesn't drop wait a few minutes or hours and try again.

Came here to confirm that you don't have to collect the Eidolic Particles from only the 4 large balls. I got mine from a mid-sized ball, specifically the one at 51.0, 45.0, the largest floating ball amount the multiple floating balls at this way point, just north of one the the 4 large balls forges.

Make sure to stand next to those large pheres, not on top when using Firim's Spare Forge-trap.
I didn't get any when standing on top, then changed to standing next to them and they started dropping.

Just wanted to note where I got my 幻灵粒子:

Medium Forges

/way 49 50 - I got 2 from this one!
/way 42 59 - this one I'm unsure of I didn't keep note of the first one I got, but I think it's this one

Large Forges:

/way 50 60
/way 45 60

I know it's been said but I just wanted to reiterate that you need to stick to the forges in the middle of the map for the materials you need.

First speak with 菲历姆 to get 菲历姆的备用锻炉阀门. 菲历姆 is located in cave 35,2 45,6. Or do it when WQ 造物材料 is up ( when you finish WQ but you will not do Achi don't wary now you cen get this item from NPC ).

Then Use 菲历姆的备用锻炉阀门 on Stone Orbs, You need to face them and is not working on all Stone Orbs, if You use item on Orb and nothing is happening just move to next one.

Main Reward from achivement is 殁提斯滚动球 but during it you can get 巫师波可波克, 晶迪 or 供给扇区宝箱钥匙 to open treasure 锁住的供给扇区宝箱.
