Dropped from 海鲁孔, and the 元水母 you can fish up by using 钓鱼传送门 above 飘然元水母 during 死鱼眼 (some spawns will be too deep underwater to be fished up using this method).

While doing the quest 死鱼眼 You get a 钓鱼传送门 when you dont use it for the quest you can actually fish also the 飘然元水母 who turn thanks to the portal into 元水母 and inside there loot pool you can actually get 元水母晶格 which is not confirmed by wowheads database so far i post a screenshot for it too.
