耐迦尼赫玛特的符文指环 drop from the rare 托戈鲁恩 located in The Maw.

You have two ways to access this rare:

Way 1:
Using 修复的裂隙钥匙 on 裂隙传送门 in Korthia and walking to The Maw on the rare coordinates.
After entering on the 裂隙传送门 you have 15 minutes to reach the rare 穿越裂隙.
Needs Tier 4 research with 档案员卷宗 Reputation to buy 修复的裂隙钥匙.

Rift Portal coordinates:
/way 61,8, 44,6 RP1
/way 43,5, 46,8 RP2
/way 53,7, 72,0 RP3
/way 56,8, 74,6 RP4
/way 59,4, 53,7 RP5

Way 2:
Wait for 法夜突袭 with the quest 阴暗之地.
After complete 阴暗之地 use 不平衡的裂隙石 on the rare coordinates below.

Is this mob visible/addon trackable only from inside of Rift to know if he spawned?

Hi! If you are about to go into the rift with a riftKEY, go to about 33, 24 in the Maw and there's a chest called Zovaal's Cache, You'll need to pull it towards Ve'Nari, then opening the chest grants you a Collapsing Riftstone, which allows ALL party members to go into the rift! Plus, you can park the portal near the rare.

I believe the person who uses the stone will have to enter the portal LAST for it to work.

Tried successfully on 7.1.21 and all party members got the ring. I really recommend doing this cause soloing the boss didn't work out for me, and I died and lost my access to the rift first time around :(

Once your done, theres a few rares and chests around the Maw you can only find while in the Rift, so use up the rest of your time doin those!

You are able to use while in the rift to teleport to the maw and spawn within Gliding distance to it and you'll be in the in the Rift phase so you are able to save you a LOT of travel time, however you have to be an engineer

Was able to get this today on live. Got a rift key from a rare shardhound kill. Used it at the rift portal /way 41.51 41.41 Screaming Shade Rift Portal. Mounted up and ran to the rare Torglluun. It is soloable but I would guess you need a class that can self heal or have a tanking pet. Has a few spells that hurt make sure to stay out of the cone of the castable attack. It was obvious when he was going to cast it. I'm a Ret Pally with a 201 ilvl and only rank 1 with Archivist.

Confirmed that if you are an engineer you can use 虫洞发生器：暗影界. If not, walk to 噬渊 and use 位移密文 it will still save you a lot of time.

Seems like its a 1005 drop rate even though ti says 20%, got mine first try at least, and several others did as well. Just waiting for Friday at this point for the necro assualt to spawn so I can get the last ring.

My group all had their relocation devices on cooldown and no wormhole so we had to run it.
We made it there and killed the rare with ten minutes still remaining in the rift.

Beware the small mobs that are frequent around the rare, if you pull too many you Will be in danger. Especially if you pull them onto the boss xD

Vulpera have a racial advantage for all these rift quests. They can use their racial 扎营 to set your camp at the location of 托戈鲁恩 or anywhere near and then use 返回营地 to quickly get there and stay in the rift.

Confirmed you can use 坍缩裂隙石 to directly get to 托戈鲁恩, feel free to use it at 28.5, 24.9 in the maw where he spawns and get your ring.

Weird...

I got Nilganihmaht's Runed BAND off the rare... but placing rings onto the hang it's showing I need a Nilganihmaht's Runed RING -- I got the band in my bags and I can't place it on a finger... :x

Has anybody ever gotten to where he's supposed to be at, and he doesn't spawn? I got there with 12 mins. to spare. 5m left and still worried I'm going to have to do it all over a 2nd time
