This is a component used for the Necrolord construct 钢铁菲利普.

The construct becomes available when you have a Level 4 Stitchyard unlocked (sanctum feature). I hit Revered with the 缝合大师 at around this point, so not sure if this is also a prerequisite. 拉萨恩 will offer you the quest 铁水浇铸 to speak to 钢铁菲利普's soul and 纳克斯's soul.

You then need to collect the construction components (if you don't already have them) to use at the Construct Table in the Stitchyard.

不屈之皮 drops from 不屈者施密德 /way 38 43 Indomitable Schmitd.
To remove his barrier, use the 无引线特制炸弹 just South of you at /way 38 43 Fuseless Special.
For Naxx, you need 死灵之油 which drops from 奈莉莎·无心 at /way 65.76 34.65 Nerissa Heartless.

钢铁菲利普's weekly quest is 自带打手, 纳克斯's is 为亡者干杯. These are a requirement for the achievement 可憎的生活.

As a companion, he is quite tough and some recommend him for tackling the tougher rares. Others say that Professor is a better choice, for more DPS. Be aware that his charge does interrupt channelled casts, making him a bad choice for Shadow Priests, for example.

Unfortunately the indomitable hide and necromatic oil are not 100% drop chances per kill, however from what I read you should be able to kill them more than once per day.
Also indomitable Schmidt is at /way 38, 42, bombs are in front of the cart.

Edit: Confirmed that you can kill these multiple times a day to get the quest/crafting items from them, they also seem to have a short respawn timer as well, killed Schmidt, then camped nerissa for about 30 mins and then schmidt was up again after.

Just so you know. You can repeatedly farm this mob, it is not on a daily/weekly reset.
