Is this supposed to be a guaranteed drop to point players to the existence of Maw Lore? I've killed this guy every day since launch on my main but haven't seen the drop; meanwhile my druid got it on her first kill while on the Reawakening quest for Runecarver. I'm wondering if something got messed up since I killed Odalrik once before doing the Runecarver's quest.

I can confirm that this finally dropped today for me, after having killed Odalrik for what feels like two dozen times.
I am rank 6, Cordial with Ven'ari and it was one of the last that I needed.
