Bind you 炉石 to 斯拉姆巴·瓦罗拉姆 Theater of Pain windrider in Maldraxxus

Prepare all the buffs

Buy 猩红之力 from 塔·特鲁 vendor
- Location: Revendreth, north of the Wanecrypt Hill windrider
- Price: 30x生的圣洁之翅 or 10x孀花 random crafting material, changes each week
- Buy 异常力量药水 from 奥·拉里纳 vendor
  
  Location: Maldraxxus, east of the Theater of Pain
- Price: 1g
- Get 2x 坚韧不拔 (duration 10 mins)
  
  Location: Maldraxxus ,west of the Theater of Pain
- Need to wait for 一路磕磕绊绊 World Quest
- Get 4x 可食用的红伞菇, eat mushrooms on the ground near the 致命悍将 rare. (duration 2 mins and they will slow you down)

You will need any 4 buffs to get the 乌纳尔的手臂

I just tried to purchase this potion and it currently requires 15x 罪碑碎片
From what I was able to determine, this item is only dropped if you are on a quest or possibly after unlocking a faction. I found none on the AH. Just my luck that this week would be that item. I think I will just wait and see what next week will be.
