I found him in the north-eastern part of Ardenweald 4x times, but then had to go far west for the last emote. I really dislike that... they should add enough locations and only choose close ones for the follow-up appearances. Sending players over the whole map (I guess there is a chance for that) after spotting the Playful Vulpin and doing the first emote is not really nice.

Are you using a different character to search for locations or is the Playful Vulpin still visible for the one who already got the pet?
If your most northern spot was not inside the "cave" you could also add 40.71 27.42 But usually a target macro should cover both.

阿闪 is a part of 炽蓝仙野的宝藏 achievement.
To get it you have to find 玩闹的仙狐s in Ardenweald,
it will make an action on which you'll have to reply with emote in chat.
After each successful interaction it will despawn and you'll have to find him again
until you make him your pet (阿闪) - 5 times in total.
To find 玩闹的仙狐 you have to search around the critters of the same type,
it spawns near Vulpins in the Ardenweald: 森林幼狐, 翠绿幼狐,
恶作剧之子, 林地幼狐, 烁裘幼狐, 山岭幼狐...
To make it easier make a macros:

Looks like it spawns more in the upper part of the zone so check there first.

玩闹的仙狐 can be got by locating 玩闹的仙狐 in 晋升堡垒.

Location: Multiple
Rare Item : 阿闪
Criteria of: 炽蓝仙野的宝藏

General:

Progress you do with the mob doesnt reset if you get disconnect.
Progress you do with the mob doesnt reset if you exit the game manually.
Progress you do with the mob will be kept for a while - at least for few days but might be for longer (even forever).

Needs some one to confirm if the mob you see can be seen by another player as well and if yes does the mob act the same for both players or different depending on player's progress with it.

This is a very tricky one to obtain. You shoul find 玩闹的仙狐 five times in Ardenweald and react to its emotions.
The trouble is it has no fixed respawn spot and respawns at random spot near different vulpins.
When you found it - check which action it does and reply by typing into chat correct one.
After that it will despawn and you have to check respawn spots again until you found it five times in total.
It seems it makes his actions in fixed order, so it has to be in the following:

Playful Vulpin begins to dig curiously - type /curious
Playful Vulpin wanders around unable to sit still - type /sit
Playful Vulpin sings all alone - type /sing
Playful Vulpin dances with joy - type /dance
Playful Vulpin sits down lonely and sad - type /pet

When you find Dodger "wandering around unable to sit still" be sure you're next to him when you use /sit. It is a very close distance trigger to get him to recognize your /sit.

雷文德斯的宝藏 --> Playful Vulpin Befriended

Playful Vulpin Befriended is part of the achievement 雷文德斯的宝藏. To be able to complete this, a 玩闹的仙狐 must be found in the Ardenweald. You have to perform 5 different interactions with him. The problem is, he disappears after each emotion and you have to search for him again.

It's best to make a macro, that makes the search easier:
/cleartarget
/tar Playful Vulpin
Here are the actions that need to be performed: for example, if the chat says Playful Vulpin begins to dig curiously, then type into the chat /curious or use the related emote.
1. - begins to dig curiously = /curious
2. - wanders around unable to sit still = /sit
3. - sings all alone = /sing
4. - dances with joy = /dance
5. - sits down lonely and sad = /pet
One other little note:
- keep 玩闹的仙狐 in focus when doing the emote.
- It is best to dismount from the mount. But for me it also worked when I was sitting on the mount.

After the last action the playful Vulpin jumps into your arms and you get the 阿闪 = 阿闪.

You don't need to hurry between the steps. Once you get the credit for one of the emotes, you can continue later: I found him two times before I went to raid and I continued the pursuit on the next morning without a problem.

i found him at /way 40.03 28.75 near Rascal. I used /tar Playful Vulpin
/run SetRaidTarget("target", 1) while running around way point to waypoint.

The Wowhead map for Playful Vulpin seems to cover all the possible spawn points.

Post on another forum indicates a character can only get Dodger once but this isn't account-wide, alts can still get him too and they don't have to be level 60.

First, a macro to put the most relevant TomTom waypoints on the map for possible locations of the 玩闹的仙狐.
