How to Begin Star Lake Amphitheater Event:

be a member of the Night Fae Covenant
do the First Chapter in the Night Fae Campaign (For Queen and Grove!) until unlock the Sanctum Reservoir
speak with 建筑师扎伊哈德 in Heart of the Forest to unlock the Anima Conductor rank 1
speak with 瑟赛莉 to grab the quest 饥渴的根须
use Anima Conductor and channel anima to Dreamsong Fenn
go to Star Lake Amphitheater and speak with 滑露 to start the event and summon a random rare

/way 50,4, 63,8 Sesselie (lower level)
