商队土狼 is reward from 同盟种族：狐人, This achievement is earned after you unlock the Vulperas as an Allied Race.

Vulpera Unlocking Requirements:

Reach Exalted with 沃顿奈
Earn Achievement 深埋于沙的秘密

When the next content update goes live, players who've completed the requirements will gain access to a quest chain to recruit the vulpera as an Allied Race. Once you complete the chain, you'll receive the achievement Allied Races: Vulpera and can create a new vulpera on the character selection screen. You'll also unlock a new mount—the Caravan Hyena—for your collection at character creation, which all of your Horde characters can ride.

I'm hoping this goes live, but currently on the PTR,
You can interact with your Caravaneer's Pack (商队行囊 ?) by your 扎营's tent (狐人 Racial) in order to hide or show the canopy on your 商队土狼 mount.

Thusfar, I've been unable to click on the Caravaneer's Pack on a character of another race.
Seeing as this is tied to a Racial (扎营), I'm assuming the show/hide function for the canopy will solely be available on Vulperan characters.

It plays animations way too much. I like the mount and was hyped to use it, but when standing still its constantly, howling, scratching and sniffing the ground. It barely stands still. Every time i stop it does those animations right away and keeps doing them with only tiny breaks of doing nothing.

There appears to be a glitch with this mount. It never stays on the idle animation for longer than 2 seconds before doing one of idle actions (sniffing the ground, howling, or scratching it's ears). This is not the case for the other hyena mounts, like the Alabaster Hyena you get from being exalted with the Voldunai, so it appears to be unique to this mount.

How this mount is still not fixed is beyond me. It's practically unusable.

Animations seem to be fixed as of prepatch. I never saw what it was like before, but I just got it and it seems to have pretty normal idle animation rates.

I like the canopy, but I wish it didn't flop forward and back as the mount moves. Maybe they could anchor it to something a bit more stable than the hyena's haunches.

As of patch 9.1.5 the animation seems broken again as the canopy waves back and for with the hyena's run.

Who had the bright idea to add a flopping, giant canopy that blocks your character and mount?
Anyways, got it today for completing the allied races quests.
