Strife and Conflict

This essence activates a specific PvP talent in all content, including PvE instances, similar to the Legendary Ring from Legion.

Major Power: 冲突

Rank 1: Teaches you the following PvP Talent, and allows its use against all enemies of Azeroth.
Rank 2: While you are stunned, the defensive benefit from your Versatility is doubled. Teaches you the following PvP Talent, and allows its use against all enemies of Azeroth.
Rank 3: While you are stunned, the defensive benefit from your Versatility is doubled. Dispelling, interrupting, or applying a loss of control effect grants a stack of Strife. Versatility granted by Strife is doubled for the next 5 sec. Teaches you the following PvP Talent, and allows its use against all enemies of Azeroth.

Minor Power: 斗争

Rank 1: Your spells and abilities have a chance to increase your Versatility by 48 for 8 sec, stacking up to 5 times. Being the victim of a loss of control or movement impairing effect also grants a stack of Strife.
Rank 2: Your spells and abilities have a chance to increase your Versatility by 26 for 14 sec, stacking up to 5 times. Being the victim of a loss of control or movement impairing effect also grants a stack of Strife.
Rank 3: Your spells and abilities have a chance to increase your Versatility by 26 for 14 sec, stacking up to 8 times. Being the victim of a loss of control or movement impairing effect also grants a stack of Strife.

For some reasons this item can't be obtained even if you meet all the requirements. Every time i press the buy button it says: "item is locked"
Someone else can confirm this ?

Cannot be purchased with a rating earned in Solo Shuffle according to a response from a ticket. The response was that Solo Shuffle didn't exist during BFA therefore it's rating is not part of the parameters to unlock the essence.
