These paints are used to pull Crazed Troggs in 麦卡贡.
There are there colours for three different troggs. Any trogg can drop any colour:

You can use them to paint other players, but not yourself.

All of these items from Mechagon are really the most poorly-worded, least literate tooltip in any item in the entire game.

If a non-pod-person had written this tooltip, it would read:

Green Paint-filled Bladder

Use: Throw the paint-filled bladder at your target.

I don't understand how this text was allowed to pass QA.
