You need to unlock the Mechagon's quests in order to turn this in, otherwise Pascal-K1N6's Proprietary Gizmo-matic will not be visible to you.

I came out to Mechagon as a fresh Level 120 to fish and get some fishing achievements. By doing so, my reputation with Rustbolt was increasing with each achievement/quest turn-in. These items drop if you are Neutral. Sure enough, after a few fishing achievements and turn-ins, I became Neutral. I then scouted around for more places to get fish and stumbled upon a chest at 79,49. That chest contained some goodies, one being the Blueprint: Experimental Adventurer Augment. The turn in "?" shows on my map, but when I got there, there is no NPC visible to me to do anything with it.

You need to get the achievement "The Heart Forge" in order to start questing in Mechagon.

i have deleted the item accidentally, now i cant loot again, at least for last five month

If you're missing this blueprint you may have done what I did. I came to Mechagon way before I was ready for the place, killed a random rare, got this and had no idea what to do with it and eventually trashed it. There is NO way to get the blueprint back in game and item recovery didn't work for me. I submitted a support ticket and in less than 24 hours a GM had mailed me another copy of the blueprint.

unlike our friends in the comments, I haven't discovered that I deleted the blueprint until months later so even blizzard support said they can't help since their history logs don't go back that far, so now an achievement that's almost done (junkyard architect) will have to be done all over again on another character (and of course I'll have to do bfa again and unlock mechagon again etc...) hope none of u ever find yourselves in a similar situation :(
