帕库的附魔之爪 is dropped from the Conclave of the Chosen raid boss fight in Battle of Dazar'alor. This item is listed in the dungeon journal to drop on Normal, Heroic and Mythic. So, all difficulties but LFR.

You can cage this pet and therefore buy or sell it on the Auction House.

This fight also drops 阿昆达的雷霆之鳞/雷霆蜥蜴幼崽 on all difficulties but LFR and 卡格瓦的子嗣/卡格瓦的子嗣 on Mythic only difficulty.
