Return to the house, go upstairs and loot the closet.
You'll get 露希尔的手帕, which allows you to return to Whitegrove Chapel past.

It is also very usefull if you're doing archeology in the area (Digsite: Whitegrove Chapel), as it removes all the aggroable mobs, leave you with only a clear space to survey around!

Note: The buff does not have a timer, and will remain active until you right-click the buff to remove it (just like 黑冰).

This persists through death, and through you leaving the area. It makes the area around the chapel changed whenever you are there...even if you forgot you had it turned on.

This means the flight-path will be inaccessible, and any world quests in that immediate area will be inaccessible. Just...don't get confused, and check your buffs.

More than a year after completing all of the alliance BfA quests and finding out about this toy, I've had some problems figuring out what to do and where to go. If you're in the same boat, here is something that may help you:

Copy-paste the following script in your chat:

This script will tell you what quests you have or have not yet completed in the relevant quest-chain. The list below will tell you what quest you're on. Once the final quest is marked completed, you can loot the toy from the chest at the top level of the house @ Drustvar 24.3 14.9.

When you use the toy, and with the Flashback buff active, leave the house and go to wedding area... there is a fork on a table (coords 23 14), with tooltip WeddingChapelNormal... dont know what is this...

I was able to get this item today 1/4/2021 Patch 9.0.1. Odd thing is this item does not show in the Toy Box when you don't have it AND have the Not Collected box checked

The quest chain itself is not very special. The ONLY thing that matters is that you SHOULD NOT continue to do any campaign quests after completing or Lucille Waycrest will piss off and you won't be able to get the toy no more. Unless you do the entire campaign quest on an alt like I just have. This bug has been known since 1969 and Blizzard refuses to fix it.
