This voidstrider is the Racial Mount for the Void Elf (Ren'dorei) Allied Race coming to the Alliance with the Battle for Azeroth expansion.
This is a ground mount.
You obtain this mount when you finish the questing to unlock the associated race.
The void feathers and armoring on this mount match the void wings and the void crystals and metal of the Void Elf unlockable Heritage armor.

This mount can be used on any character of that faction. This also requires Battle for Azeroth pre-purchase to access.

You can unlock the Void Elf (after pre-purchase of the xpac digitally ) and the fulfillment of some pre-requisites.The questline will begin in the Embassy section of Stormwind.

You can begin the prerequisite reputation and questing now, even before pre-order, by questing on Argus in order to progress on the achievement (有备而来！) and gain reputation with the 阿古斯防卫军 (via questing, world questing, 阿古斯防卫军徽章 etc).

This voidstrider is a void variant of the 血精灵 Hawkstrider mounts (e.g. 迅捷紫色陆行鸟), as Void Elves were previously of the 血精灵 race (and initially High Elves, before that, but who is counting?).

During early PTR the mount description was ''These shadow-infused striders make ideal companions for elves delving into the powers of the void.''
It was later changed to "Those that follow the void tend to prefer the companionship of a steed without form or substance" before being changed again to the current version.

you need to have a 110 ALLIANCE character for the Void Elves & Lightforged Draenei
and a 110 HORDE character to recruit the Nightborne & Highmountain Tauren

the rep & achieves can be done on any character on your account,
but a max level toon of the appropriate faction is required for the recruitment scenarios for each race

Requirements:

Purchase 'Battle for Azeroth'.
Have an Alliance character at level 110 for 虚空精灵s and 光铸德莱尼
Exalted at 阿古斯防卫军 and 有备而来！ for 虚空精灵s
Exalted at 圣光军团 and 有备而来！ for 光铸德莱尼

Quest chain for the Void Elves:

幽魂之地 - wait for the dialogue and use the void rift
- go to the marked quest areas and read Umbric's Notes - Sanctum of the Moon (ground floor), Umbric's Notes - Andilien Estate and Umbric's Notes - Dawnstar Spire (upstairs, use teleporter).
泰洛古斯裂隙 - click on 前往泰洛古斯的裂隙 to start the scenario:
P1: speak to 魔导师乌布里克
P2: follow him and watch the dialogue
P3: use the 虚空裂隙
P4: kill enemies to fill the bar
P5: follow the way and use 虚空裂隙
P6: kill enemies to fill the bar
P7: defeat 纳格什
P8: click on 虚空裂隙
P9: click 3 虚空熔炉s
P10: defeat 虚空亲王杜尔赞 and click the 通往暴风城的裂隙 to turn in. You'll get 星怨虚空陆行鸟 (ground mount, Alliance only) after that and gain 同盟种族：虚空精灵.

Now 安度因·乌瑞恩 offers the quest 伟大事业的第二个盟友, if you've done the requirements. If you left the area, here are the coordinates to find him again: /way Stormwind 53.0 14.9 Entrance to Anduin

Quest chain for the Lightforged Draenei:

伟大事业的第二个盟友 - accept, click the dialogue option and chose your second race
光铸者 (from 大主教图拉扬) - follow him, leave the building and click 光铸道标
万世熔炉 - (Video), use the teleporter in the middle of the Vindicaar to start the scenario:
P1: meet with 提帕托斯 and follow him around til you reach the burrow
P2: enter the burrow, click 水晶 and kill 水晶之怒
P3: leave the burrow and kill 7 怀疑s or 恐惧s
P4: find the cave: /way 16.8 45.9 Entrance - enter and kill 恐魔
P5 follow 提帕托斯 to the big tree on the map, watch the dialogue and free 提帕托斯
P6: follow him again to the south-eastern cave and click at his 6 illusions, also marked on the minimap
P7: defeat 堕落者提帕托斯 and click the 光铸道标 to return to the Vindicaar
Finish 万世熔炉 and accept 为圣光而战！ from 大主教图拉扬 - return to Stormwind: take the Vindicaar portal which normally takes you to Dalaran and you will stand in front of your starting position in Stormwind
Turn in 为圣光而战！ at 安度因·乌瑞恩. You'll get 光铸邪能碾压者 (ground mount, Alliance only) after that and gain 同盟种族：光铸德莱尼.

Alliance: Lightforged Draenei: 同盟种族：光铸德莱尼 - 光铸邪能碾压者

To start and finish full chain you need:

1. Exalted reputation with 阿古斯防卫军 and 圣光军团;
2. Done 有备而来！;
3. After you will buy Battle for Azeroth and login to the game you will get auto Quest and that how you start chain quest.
4. You need to have 110 lvl;

Reward for completion Full Quest chain:

Start:

I. 呼唤同盟 You need to fly to Stormwind to see 安度因·乌瑞恩 speak with him to get next quest.
II.选择盟友 Speak with 奥蕾莉亚·风行者 and 大主教图拉扬 ( you can get some info about bouth races. Go back to 安度因·乌瑞恩 and pick one of them.

I start from 虚空精灵

Quest chain for 虚空精灵:

After you will pick up this races you will pick quest from 奥蕾莉亚·风行者.

I. 幽魂之地 after pick it up wait for portal to 幽魂之地. You will have to run between 3 locations and the last location quest will end. After you will finish it portal will be open and new quest to pick up.
II. 泰洛古斯裂隙 Use portal. You will start Scenario with 10 stages. On stage 10 after you kill 虚空亲王杜尔赞 portal will be open to Stormwind. Go to 安度因·乌瑞恩 to finish quest and get 同盟种族：虚空精灵 and 星怨虚空陆行鸟 will go to your bag.

After you will finish First Chail quests you will be able to pick up 伟大事业的第二个盟友. To start it speak with 安度因·乌瑞恩

I. 伟大事业的第二个盟友 To start it speak with 安度因·乌瑞恩 speak with him one more time to pick you next ally and quest Will finish xD now go to 大主教图拉扬 for quest.

Quest chain for 光铸德莱尼:

II. 光铸者 after conversation go outside and 大主教图拉扬 will put beacon to The Vindicaar. go to 法瑞娅队长 to finish quest and pick up new one from her.
III. 万世熔炉 Movie will start after finish use beacon on middle ( scenario will start ). Follow 提帕托斯 and complete objectives. Last one is to defeat 堕落者提帕托斯 after that beacon will be placed to The Vindicaar. Speak with 法瑞娅队长 to finish quest. Speak with 大主教图拉扬 to start next quest.
IV. 为圣光而战！ you need to back to 安度因·乌瑞恩 You can use portal on lower level that portal will move you to Stormwind ( not Dalaran :P ). Finish quest and you will get 同盟种族：光铸德莱尼 and 光铸邪能碾压者 ( will be in your bag ).

Another of those emu/ostrich style mounts, known as "hawkstriders" in game. Such as 银月城陆行鸟.

You never see these in your capital cities or anywhere walking is compulsory. They aren't exactly popular. Kind of the dud horde mount equivalent of mechanostriders for the gnomes such as 诺莫瑞根机械陆行鸟. (And I probably linked the better ones, lol).

But, finally, I think Blizzard might almost be on to something here. Finally! I expect to see one or two around in my travels. Just one or two.

This is probably my favorite of the allied race mounts so far, the effects on this mount are sick, and the armor detail is very high quality, kudos to the art team for making this beauty, will definitely be using this mount a lot in the upcoming future.
