Lackluster secondary stats even at level 110 but the talent are choices are nice except for Fury's.

Arms gets a really nice talent that can go well with the other talents within that tier.
Prot gets a really nice talent that can go well with the other talents within that tier as well.

But out of all the talents, Fury gets the one of the lamest.

I really hope they buff the stats on the ring because if it hits live like this it will be a decently big stat loss.About fury's talent i must agree its not the best option out there but its still in my honest opinion decent.

I think they could have chosen any other non utility talent and it would have been better that deadly calm. Just comparing this to my other legendary (of the 3 i have now), Mannoroth's bloodletting mannacles I lose a tremendous amount of strength (1772) and only gain 700 total in secondary stats (850 with a socket). I tested the two and mannoroth's are actually better for dps. Overall, another very underwhelming legendary.

Since the latest change to Deadly Calm for Arms. This ring is a very lackluster reward to get. So much so that it simmed a complete DPS loss versus a crafted iLvl 900 (haste/mastery) ring.

Simmed it against my other junk legendary Sephuz and turned out to be a dps loss in comparison.

Maybe good for Fury, just keep it in your bank if you are Arms.
