This is one of the coins that can be fished up in the Broken Isles (Legion) Dalaran fountain. It is one of the criteria of the achievement 你们想得美. A total of 56 different coins/baubles must be fished up for this achievement.

A few baits will help you complete this task - 一团超强黏胶, 食金沙丁鱼 and 许愿水晶.

Each coin, apart from having some fun flavour text, can be vendored for anywhere from 1 copper to 5 gold.

The Wrath of the Lich King versions of this achievement consisted of a total of 52 coins, split into 3 categories based on the type of coin (copper being the most common, gold being the most rare):

城中的银币 (15 coins)
泉水中的金币 (15 coins)

Working on 你们想得美, I tested out the eight different lures sold by 玛西娅·切斯. By documenting my catches, I'm hoping to help other achievement hunters have a higher chance to catch particular coins they may be missing.

Each of the lures was used 5 times. At a duration of 2 minutes per lure application, each type was used for 10 minutes. Total fishing time was 80 minutes.

A breakdown of my catch results for 玛法里奥的硬币 per lure:

This coin may very well be caught with some of the 0 lures, but I didn't come across it in my small sample of casts.

After ~200 casts and no luck with the Hypermagnetic Lure I switched to the 微型漩涡发生器 and got it in 3 casts. Thanks to previous posts for stating what lure worked for them!

After using 7 Micro-Vortex Generators (5min each) i used 2 Hypomagnetic Lure and got it.
