The key is located 27.5 89.0 in the halls of escape. Just down the stairs and to the left of the room Brambley is in, hanging on the wall.

This quest can be confusing. Most of the information in the other comments is fairly accurate, but there are some DETAILS lacking.

There are 6 actions that must be completed in order. If you accidentally skip one of the steps, the remainder will start getting confusing very quickly.

There are THREE different LEVELS (a.k.a. "floors") involved in this quest. I will flag each step to indicate what LEVEL it occurs on and waypoint the locations.

Quest starts at ground level outdoors where you find and release 安古斯·雷酒 from the 加固牢笼. Once you release Angus, you enter The Soul Vaults at the same ground level you are on.

/way Suramar 29.0, 84.7 (2) Ground Lvl - Enter Halls of the Eclipse

As indicated in other comments here, you do a lot of following the LEFT wall to the next required action, HOWEVER, as you near the location of Brambley's Cage, you need to veer off to your RIGHT in a large chamber. Also note that you are now on the MID level.

After finding that cage, cross back over to the "LEFT Wall" again and proceed down to the BOTTOM level and obtain the 邪魂牢笼钥匙.

You now go back UP one floor to the "MID Level" and release the prisoner 赛尔萨斯·星歌.

/way Suramar 27.1, 86.1 (6) MID Lvl - Turn In Quest to Selthaes.

After turning in this quest, you will be able to obtain 进入深渊！ from Angus Stormbrew at your current location.

NOTE: while I have referrred to a "bottom" level herein, that is for the purposes of this quest ONLY. The Soul Vaults actually descend further past the point you got the key.
