This is a recolored version of 纳鲁之触 found at 32.4, 70.4 in Tanaan Jungle. There are two nearby non-elite mobs--CC one and ignore the other, and loot the book behind them.

The item stacks with other disguises--eg 小精灵护符 and 莱雅娜的坠饰.

I really wish they would either increase the buff time from five minutes to an hour or decrease the cooldown timer from an hour to five minutes because I don't feel like I can make this a regular part of my appearance with such a small window of time.

duration of 5 minutes, the recovery time of 60 minutes! It is too long!
Perhaps it should be the opposite.
