This pet is from the 一大袋宠物补给, which is the reward from the Pet Battle daily (德拉诺宠物博览 /德拉诺宠物博览 ) in your 宠物小窝等级3.

Each bag has a chance to contain any of the following pets:
白化小奇美拉 (Pet: 白化小奇美拉)
火翼 (Pet: 火翼)
幽灵铃铛 (Pet: 阴森的基德)
泥水恐魔 (Pet: 泥水恐魔)
阳光幼苗 (Pet: 阳光幼苗)
阳炎卡利鸟 (Pet: 阳炎卡利鸟)
迷你憎恶 (Pet: 迷你憎恶)

The bag also contains 4-5 闪亮的宠物符咒, a random Battle-Training stone (increases your pet's level by 1), and a chance to contain 2-4 战斗宠物绷带.

I'm wondering if it's not an unintended bug that he shows up as poor quality when all the others from the bag I've received have been rare quality.

As of Patch 6.1 this guy is now rare quality upon learning.

I had already learned the pet pre-patch and didn't use a stone on him to upgrade previously - just noticed he has upgraded himself. :)

This pet's movement looks terrible. Hope they fix it's flapping wings for a smoother version. It's a cool companion pet, but the movement ruins it...
