~~For Horde, rewards the items to start all the primary crafting professions.~~ Looks like Blizzard removed that quest, thus changing how you acquire these items. I received them before I had finished the Bladespire Fortress quest line with my most recent character. The quests are two or 3 steps long and the final reward is an item you click to enable Draenor crafting as well as the level 1 blueprint for the related garrison building.

Alchemy - 神秘合剂 starts 神秘合剂
Blacksmithing - 碎裂的锻造锤 starts 破损的锤子
Enchanting - 悬槌附魔护腕 starts 悬槌附魔护腕
Engineering - 烧毁的手持火炮 starts 重型武器
Inscription - 沾着煤灰的模糊字条 starts 难解的情报
Jewelcrafting - 精美的深红挂坠 starts 精致的吊坠
Leatherworking - 破烂的霜狼裹布 starts 战士的披风
Tailoring - 霜狼裁缝包 starts 特瑞佳的裁缝包

德拉诺钓鱼指南 and 德拉诺急救术 both are found while fishing (as well as world drops) and 发脆的绘图日志 is found while digging. The remaining profession items -- 德拉诺烹饪的乐趣, 德拉诺草药概述, 德拉诺矿业概论 and 德拉诺剥皮指南 are random drops from out in the world. They do not have an associated quest, you just right click to learn the skill to the new Draenor max of 700.

NOTE: you can gather before you find these items, but if your skill is already level 600 you won't get any skill ups until you use the appropriate item.

So I'm a scribe AND I'm also an orc. But apparently my character has skipped some classes which is why I can't read/understand it? And I thought I was educated....

Seems random drop. Newly learned inscription in Warspear and went to do daily quests in Tanaan. Got it from Felblood Warrior (seems tottaly random mob) in Tanaan Jungle.

The Ogres on the bridge leading up to Bladespire Citadel drop these prof quest items. I've gotten them here for various professions. Doesn't seem to matter if you've trained the WOD prof or not or if you've done any questing in FFR or not. Takes maybe 20-25 kills of any of the Bladespire ogres in this area: /way 22 40 Bladespire Ogres
