note: you can hold a total of 3x 元素石板, and 300x 元素符文 since they are both unique and soulbound items but still different items. in other word's you can hold a total worth of 6x 元素石板 in tablet + runes.

These are used for 元素领主的力量, part of Khadgar's legendary questline. They are created from 元素符文s, which in turn are dropped from Blackrock Foundry bosses and Garrison missions/work orders. Each Garrison mission drops 18 Runes, and each work order can drop 1 Rune.

It appears that each Blackrock Foundry boss drops 9 runes, once per boss per week each.

You need a grand total of 900 元素符文s to make the 3 元素石板s required for the quest.

Collection of this items from 黑石铸造厂 and some Garrison missions counts toward the 第三章：铸造厂的陷落 legendary questline. The complete quests are as follows:

反盗版: Collect 德拉诺奇迹宝珠, which drops from the Dread Grotto encounter
愤怒之心: Collect 愤怒之心, which drops from the Blast Furnace encounter
缚火者宝典: Collect 缚火者宝典, which drops from Flamebender Ka'graz encounter
元素领主的力量: Assemble 3 元素符文 by fusing together 300 元素石板 which drops from any of the Foundry bosses and by completing some of Garrison's 3-followers missions and Work Orders

Note: Completing the quests line rewards the ilvl 710 ring.
