Does anyone know if this can be deleted after obtaining Goldmane as a follower? It stayed in my bags.

Kill 残酷的波尔卡 40.4, 76.2, he will drop 金鬃的牢笼钥匙, open Goldmane the Skinner's cage, talk to him and he'll become your follower. Requires lvl 99.

went to get this guy with a guild member who had got him already I killed him 2 times no key.. Left group killed him got the key and the follower just wanted to let you guys know in case you have this issue gl all :)

If you are in a group and the key isn't dropping for you, drop group and only have one of you kill him. They will get the key, unlock the cage, but all of you will be able to get Goldmane as a follower once he is out of the cage.

Bolkar would not drop the key for me. I killed him half a dozen times and concluded he was bugged on my server instance. Solution: ask a friend in your guild, or anyone on your same server, to go kill Bolkar, then invite you to their group. In Legion (7.2+), zones are instanced, and someone else on your server is likely to get into a different Nagrand instance than yours. I dual box, so I logged onto a character on my other account, flew over, killed him, and he dropped the key. I then invited the character who needed Goldmane, opened the cage, and both characters got Goldmane. If you only have one account, but have other alts, park the character who needs Goldmane next to his cage, fly an alt out to his tower, kill Bolkar, and if the key drops, open the cage and relog the character who needs Goldmane. Hope this helps someone.

For anyone having problems with this NPC spawning with the key, see if you can get invited to another shard, preferably RP if you are a normal, or normal if you are on a RP and see if you can force him to spawn.

Fly to /way #550 40.3 76.1 Goldmane the Skinner and head for the upper floor of the tower.
Kill 残酷的波尔卡 for this item (金鬃的牢笼钥匙), then interact with the caged creature.
Wait for 剥皮者金鬃 to step out of the cage, interact with him to finish and to gain 剥皮者金鬃 as a follower.
