Most likely going to be a Saint Bernard dog, as they were portrayed in old cartoons and TV shows carrying brandy barrels around their necks, to keep Avalanche victims warm until they were rescued. This iconic pairing may have been originally based off of an 1820 painting by Edwin Landseer, titled "Alpine Mastiffs Reanimating a Distressed Traveler".

Am I the only one thinking scroll of resurrection? Seeing as how it's coming together with the RAF-mount and the whole point of the brandy is to revive avalanche victims it seems like this would be a fitting reward for reviving a player with the scroll.

from what I've heard this beauty will come from the blizz store, which is kind of a shame brewfest could use some new features and this pet would have been a perfect addition.

Blizzard unveiled their two latest additions to the Blizzard store in a special bundle--the 魔法灵龙 and 奥特兰克负酒犬!

You can purchase the 奥特兰克负酒犬 and 魔法灵龙 for $30 total here. For every 奥特兰克负酒犬 and 魔法灵龙bundle or individual Alterac Brew Pup purchased now through December 31, 2013, Blizzard will donate $5 to Make-A-Wish®.

You can also buy them individually: the Brew Pup for $10 here and the mount for $25 here

The 奥特兰克白兰地, which summons 奥特兰克负酒犬, just got a special Blizzard Store page: https://us.battle.net/shop/en/product/world-of-warcraft-pet-alterac-brew-pup. The sale button isn't active yet, but it seems to be going live soon, as 50% of the proceeds will go towards the Make-A-Wish foundation until December 31st.

Edit: since we've published the above, the page has been taken down (screenshotted below), but the 奥特兰克负酒犬 tooltip still lists the Pet Store as the source.

If you click on him, this little delightful pup gives you one 奥特兰克甜热白兰地 and after you drink it he will kindly give you another. Initially I wrote he cuts you off once you're completely smashed but it turns out they're not that responsible lol. /Cheers!

Like everyone else has posted you can buy him from the blizz store.

I should mention the drool.... it's adorable.
