I'm almost certain it won't be like this, but could this glyph combined with the Roiling Blood talent be able instantly apply diseases to all targets around you without having placed any?

Pestilence says that it spread existing diseases, but the glyph says that it treats targets as though they do have them, so does that mean we'll be able to create diseases from noting now?

If this is the case, I expect it to get nerfed very soon after as this is really powerful for any spec.

Awesome for leveling! Blood boil is overpowered at lower levels and without the need to apply diseases, enemies die in seconds.

In Warlords of Draenor, Glyph of Festering Blood has been removed. It's description used to read:

血液沸腾 will now treat all targets as though they have Blood Plague or Frost Fever applied.
