This is a very iconic set for a death knight to transmogrify into, resembling 大领主达里安·莫格莱尼 at the final battle against 巫妖王. In order to get the set you will need to go to 达拉然 and purchase the 天灾领主战铠 for a total of 4690 justice points from 霍莱斯·哈德兰. At first you will get the purple version of the set, to change to the blue version you will need to go to 冰冠堡垒 and get 5 of 胜利者的圣洁印记 from either 10 MAN HEROIC or 25 MAN NORMAL. The instance now is fairly easy to do with a small group. when you have the 胜利者的圣洁印记 return to 霍莱斯·哈德兰 and buy the upgraded looking gear. NOTE: your original set items you bought for 4690 justice will be replaced, and 胜利者的圣洁印记 only drop from specific bosses with 33% drop chance.

The matching boots for this set are, unfortunately, nowhere to be found.
The only available match would be the purple version off Sindragosa (Scourge Fanged Stompers) or from the Gunship Battle (Bone Drake's Enameled Boots), both are in the 10m Heroic version. But the blue version does not exist. All of the DK ones from 25m normal are the red ilvl 277 coloration, and most of the plate boots that would otherwise be the correct color scheme are actually from the warrior tier model.

Closest alternative might be Vicious Ornate Pyrium Boots. Seems to match the hue closely and doesn't look too out of place.

If know this is an old thread... But I think I have found the best fillers for this set. Since Death Knights do not have a "heritage" set of gear, these fillers should fit this Sanctified Scourgelord Set perfectly.

Back: 胜利亡者斗篷
Waist: 防冻重型腰带
Feet: 防冻战靴 or 狮鹫骑士之靴
Weapons: 堕落王子之剑

The whole set with fillers looks good on my Draenei Death Knight.
