Acquiring Honor

Always win 1 arena or BG a day - your "first win of the day" bonus goes a long way.

After that, do the PvP WQs which do not rely on winning/losing.

Working on the 先拔头筹 PvP quests will net you a mount -- so if you already want that mount, just do the FFA ones when they are up and you'll be grinding prestige at the same time.

Gear and Honor Rewards (7.1)

The quality of items rewarded from skirmish and random battlegrounds now increases based on the player's Honor Level.

Every Battleground victory will reward gear, while losses have a chance to reward gear. Skirmishes and Arena victories are not a guaranteed chance, but they will have an increased chance in 7.1.

Players will no longer receive a bonus piece of gear based on their rating for the ﬁrst two wins in each rated bracket (2v2. 3v3, 10v10).

Players will now receive a bonus piece of gear based on their best rating from the previous week for each rated bracket (2v2, 3v3, 10v10).

First victory of the day will reward a large Artifact Power bonus.

First victory for all PvP activities will reward double the expected Honor reward.

PvP Armor Set Transmogrification

Combantant PvP gear comes in blue and red recolors of Legion crafted armor.

Gladiator PvP gear is a recolor of Tier 19 gear with separate tints for Alliance, Horde and Elite.

Fearless PvP gear is identical visually to Vindictive PvP gear from Season 1.

When Season 2 ends, this gear will be sold for 荣耀印记.

So... the gear all looks the same, even the Elite-Ones, not even a colour-palette swap between alliance and horde, 7.1.5 isnt out untill after december either so classes are all the same, items rewarded are the same-itemlevel, so litteraly nothing has changed.... so pointless Season?

Im fully maxed at 4/50 and I logged in at noon mountain time and still cant hit P5. Im guessing its bugged into the stratosphere right now like most stuff.

Is the Red-and-Fire variant of Mage T19 available yet? I know the Icy-Blue version is Elite PvP, and the Green Fel version is Mythic. So where is the red-and-fire one?

According to this guide, it looks like the previous season rewards are still obtainable? Is it true?
(P.S. - As a main PVE player, I was unable to reach Prestige 4 and am currently at Prestige 3, it would be nice not to lose the possibility to get the mount)

So we will be able to purchase elite gear even if the season ends. Maybe they apply same system for older seasons as well :(

You can even double the currency for older seasons, but just bring them please :( :( :(

Okay see i love pvp a lot but my main two problems are 1: lack of content, ashran was a terrible idea we need a winter grasp or tol brad. Something that pins horde vs alliance in battle not in farming items that's pve. Pvp should be more fighting one another i mean you can add in class hall pvp. End of the week see which order hall class is the best and get special xmog, or mounts , or anything else just a thought. 2: its hard to find someone to run 2's with. People arent as friendly as they were before, but there should be a place for average people to make new friends to pvp with vs join a random one and then lose get cussed out then not wanna play rated. Rated atmosphere should be different than what it is today, two main things will shake it up for the better content and sociability with that those two being a main focus pvp would be alot better. Also would be nice to make it were we have league of pvp like in hero of the strom that would make it absolute better to form groups, as well as make pvp alot more fun.

The newest Prestigious Courser mount that is available as of season 2 is the 声威牙白骏马.
Proof: This player has reached Prestige 8 and has obtained the mount.

I'm 50 HP away from Prestige 1 and I'm still getting Combatant gear rather than Gladiator gear (in WQs and BGs). How do I get the Gladiator gear? I thought it was based on Honor rank and not Prestige.

I see that everything lists prestige 8 rank 50. When you look at your honor talents it shows prestige 9 being available. Can we unlock the color variation this season? Or are we waiting for season 3?

I never really PVP, but I want to get the Fearless Combatant's Dreadplate Shoulders really badly. The recolor is a perfect match for a transmog I'm working on. So how do I go about getting it? What PVP activities reward these pieces of gear? Thanks so much :)

I'm at prestige 6 level 25 and have noticed that the gold reward for honor levels that don't reward artifact power is much lower then listed on the honor talent page. When the reward is listed as 200 I only get 127 and change. Anybody know if this is normal? Did Blizzard change the amount but not the text or am I being screwed?

I'm now Honor capped. 9-50. Does honor stack in the background, drop honor sachels, or nothing? Great that i have to wait now for 2+ weeks for the reward of a new title and artifact appearance just because it won't ding prestige 10.
